Reflection of New Learning from Bikes in Schools Program

we were recapping about how to write quality recounts so I chose the topic of bikes in schools. Bikes in schools is a program which teaches kids how to be safe and know the rules on how to use there bikes properly.

We were learning about bikes with the bikes in schools program they taught us a variety of things about bikes and helmets that some of us had not known about. Like to keep your bunny ears on your brakes by putting two fingers on the front and the back brake.

I found it easy to Ride the bikes because I was taught when I was five. the bike check was also easy because they put into some of the letters in the alphabet A for air pressure B for brakes c for chain d for direction and Q for quick release.

I found it challenging to pass people when they were going slow because there were lots of corners on the track. It was also challenging to go on the pump track because there was only allowed 3 people at a time and because it was hard to enter the pump track.

Next time I will try to get on the pump track more often because I was to scared to go on because it was diagonal. I will also try to get as much laps of the track in as I can.
